A fantastic location

A fantastic place with history in the centre of Maastricht, at the shores of the Maas. A location of 500m2, perfectly rebuild to host your event.

Short history

From 1974 to 1976, the Church was restored to plans of the architects Harry and Pieter Koene. On April 2nd 1976 the Church was reopened by the Diocesan Vicar Bishop l. L. Meertens the Awwestiene, who has opened the Church for cultural events. From 1991 the building had served as Association and rehearsal of the Mestreechter Staar. In 1998 they stripped the remaining inventory of the Church, after that it was rented out a few nights a week as a nightclub “NightLive”. Until June 2014, the Church was furnished as children’s playground FunVille with a catering provision (including a terrace at the Maria Street).

In 2015, the Church got restored again and the Rebelle was born.
